for the purpose of selection:<\/p>\n<p>Attacking riding &#8211; ability to make repeated efforts<\/p>\n<p>Bike handling ability &#8211; cornering skills etc<\/p>\n<p>Finish position<\/p>\n<p>Tactical awareness<\/p>\n<p>Being a selfless team player<\/p>\n<p>Attendance at additional sessions ie South RSR\u2019s or any team training days, will also be a requirement,<\/p>\n<p>The selectors will consider performances in each individual event in its own right, taking into account the above key selection points,\u00a0and the need to <b>create a balanced team to contest all the events<\/b>.
