We are trying to gauge whether to restart BC racing at the Mountbatten Centre, Portsmouth. We have\u00a0been made aware of some of British Cycling\u2019s Covid 19 return to racing action plan that it has submitted to the Government for a safe return of cycle sport events in England. It is suggesting smaller fields and reduced race times. In order to facilitate some form of racing for the Wednesday nights at the Mountbatten Centre, Portsmouth. We are hoping to be able to offer the following programme for the evening, whereby the 4th Category riders race once and the E\/1\/2\/3 Category riders race twice. All events are to be timed 15 minutes max. Field sizes of 15 for 4th Category riders and 24 for E\/1\/2\/3 Category riders 6:30 \u2013 6:45\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 4\/4J 6:50 \u2013 7:05\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3\/3J\u00a0\u00a0 Race 1 of 2 7:10 \u2013 7:25\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 E\/1\/2\/3J\u00a0\u00a0 Race 1 of 2 7:30 \u2013 7:45\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3\/3J\u00a0\u00a0 Race 2 of 2 7:50 \u2013 8:05\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 E\/1\/2\/3J\u00a0\u00a0 Race 2 of 2 We will be reducing the entry fees to \u00a312 to compensate, but please remember the overheads are still the same as previous.
