BC’s Return to Racing for 2020 saw the Portsmouth Evening Circuits start the 2020 season resume with what would have been round 19.
With restrictions only allowing 24 riders per race for 15 minutes, non starters would have seen both fields depleted so the decision was taken to run all the categories together and if there was no problems and the light held then we would get three 15 minute races in during the evening.
