With the continuation of BC’s Return to Racing programme for 2020, the second counter of the Portsmouth Evening Circuits took place last night in hot and muggy conditions for all the riders.
With current restrictions still only allowing 24 riders per race for 15 minutes. It was agreed that all the categories would run together and if there was no problems and the light held then we would get three 15 minute races in during the evening. This evening events played out differently in the three events with some safe but exciting in all the events.
