The blustery conditions for this fifth counter proved challenging for all tonight at the Mountbatten Centre Cycle Track. 8 riders in the 3/J event managed to get a lap up. whilst the rainy conditions for the E12 saw several riders get caught out by punctures and mechanicals, which saw their evening’s racing come to a premature end, as under the winter changes to BC Tech Regs, laps outs are now no longer allowed
