Unfortunately, we have some good news and some bad news for the above event.
The good news is that the contractors have started work on the floodlights for the cycling/athletics at the Mountbatten Centre which means that the winter road bike sessions will return in a new format once they have been approved for use.
The bad news is that there has been some ground work damage to the infield near to the cycle track which invalidates the BC Risk Assessment. So, in the interests of safety the council has suspended all activities on the outside area until the work has been completed and the groundwork damage rectified.
